Doha (2018)
I spent 3 days in Doha in early 2018, as a stopover on my way to Paris from Singapore. Day and night I explored the city and its superb West Bay business district, filled with towers from the most famous architects. Transportation were a bit complicated (no public transportation), the streets were full of jams, as I was told that the city was under big construction projects for the 2020 World Cup. Although my interactions were mostly limited to foreign workers (you dont see the Qataris quite often in their own capital, except in fancy malls), everyone was welcoming. Shooting the skyline was at night was incredible, with many vantage points and empty streets. One of the unknown cityscape photography spots.
